Description and/or History:
Our Medical Center is comprised of three hospitals--LIJ, Schneider Children's Hospital, and Zucker Hillside Hospital, our mental health facility, so we provide a very comprehensive service to the community.
We have a variety of opportunities because we are so large.
Zucker Hillside opened in 1927, LIJ in 1954, and Schneider in 1982, we joined together with the North Shore Health System in 1997
