QSAC is an award winning non-profit organization dedicated to providing services to persons with autism and/or pervasive developmental disorder (PDD) throughout New York City.
Description and/or History:
Founded by a group of parents in 1978, QSAC is today an award-winning organization and as one of the largest agencies dedicated specifically to autism, a recognized leader in the field. QSAC provides comprehensive services and programs to individuals with ASD and their families, ranging from early intervention and preschool program for young children to day program and residential services for adults. QSAC’ programs provide all participants with the opportunity to acquire, maintain, and practice the skills necessary to lead a more fulfilling and independent life and become productive members of the community.
