Organization Details:

To enhance, extend and coordinate services available to seniors in order to enable them to successfully age in place. We bring together residents, health, social service providers and other community resources to promote and support successful aging in place.

Description and/or History:
We are a NORC/SSP (Naturally Occurring Retirement Community/ Supportive Service Program) serving all residents who are 60 years or older living in Spring Creek Towers. We empower senior residents by fostering their participation and involvement in the development and implementation of programs which will benefit them.
Our goal is to enable residents to remain in their homes.
