Maspeth Town Hall is a community center offering educational, recreational and cultural programs to the residents of Maspeth and the surrounding communities.

Description and/or History:
Maspeth Town Hall was founded in 1972. Our programs service the 2 year old to the 82 year old. Our largest program is our After School services. MTH offers After School Services at 4 Public Schools (3 elementary and 1 Junior High as part of the Outside of School Time Program) also at MTH and a Ridgewood site. MTH also offers Toddler Programs, Adult & Senior Programs to include Tai Chi,Yoga Instruction and Fine Arts Classes also Teen Drama Club and Summer and Winter Camps.

Take 7, E, F, N, R to 74th Street Roosevelt Avenue -Take Q45 Bus to 72nd Street and Calamus Avenue -walk up 72nd Street OR Change at 74th Street for G or R local to Grand Avenue/Newtown Station - Take B58 or B59 to 72nd Street and Grand Avenue - Walk down 72nd St. to Maspeth Town Hall. Driving Directions: Take LIE to Exit 19 follow signs for 69th Street & Grand Avenue. Take off ramp and onto service road to first traffic light, which is 69th Street, make a right hand turn onto Grand Avenue. Take Grand Avenue to 72nd Street and make a left hand turn on 72nd St. MTH is large yellow building in the middle of the block.
