Housing Works, Inc. is committed to ending the twin crises of AIDS and homelessness. We strive to ensure that homeless and low-income people living with HIV/AIDS and their families have adequate housing, food, social support, drug treatment, health care, and employment. Housing Works is especially committed to serving those who have difficulty obtaining services elsewhere because they struggle with mental illness or chemical dependency.

Description and/or History:
Our programs are partially supported by our business enterprises, which include nine thrift shops, a bookstore cafe and a catering company. With volunteering locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, we have a site and an opportunity that's right for you!
