Our mission is to provide transitional housing for formerly incarcerated, HIV/AIDS, at risk youth, at risk adults, and abused women; in addition we provide social services such as referrals to Public Assistance, Social security, Section-8 and low income housing, GED assistance, vocational assistance and immigration services.

Description and/or History:
Our organization was founded Jan. 16th 2008 for the purpose of providing transitional housing to formerly incarcerated persons; however we have expanded into various social services areas in order to better serve our population. We were originally founded by
R.Kennedy CASAC-T, R.Mizrachi MS Psy. and V.Fennell in Queens, NY.
