Union Settlement Senior Services

The mission of union settlement is to enhance the lives of the elderly in the East Harlem Community by providing nutritional, recreational, mental health services.

Description and/or History:
Union Settlement Association, one of the largest settlement houses in New York, serves more than 13,000 people of all ages each year.

Through innovative programs in education, health, job training, senior services, youth development, childcare, counseling and economic development, we are dedicated to strengthening family life and helping to build the community.

we are an agency that has been in the East Harlem Community for over 100 years,providing social services and human services and education to our elderly and youth at risk, also daycare for the families who need.
