Volunteer Opportunity Details: |
|
Suited for Work is an exciting new clothing initiative that provides unemployed men and women with the business-appropriate clothing that they need to attend job interviews and return to work.
Suited for Work offers a variety of opportunities for people from the community to give their time. We are always in need of volunteers to work in our clothing room, helping our clients to select the outfits that they will wear to job interviews and to work. We are also appreciative of whatever skills or interests volunteers may have to offer us in the areas of marketing, soliciting donations, grantwriting, or inventory, among others.
No experience or special skills are necessary, and we provide all volunteers with on-site orientation and training.
If you are interested in this opportunity, please email a copy of your resume to Natalie Meyers, at nmeyers@fegs.org or call (212) 366-8274. We look forward to hearing from you!
