Volunteer Opportunity Details:

FEGS Information and Referral Line provides callers with a one-stop source for information and referral to almost 400 FEGS programs and services in New York City and Long Island, as well as programs available from other community agencies. The Information and Referral Line uses interns and volunteers to guide callers in finding the appropriate assistance for their needs. Volunteers and interns can also aide in planning special programs to meet the ever changing needs of the various Programs at FEGS, such as Health and Wellness Fairs, healthy cooking demonstrations, etc.

No requirements. All necessary training will be provided.
