Sign up to be a mentor today! Last year 800 busy New Yorkers signed up to become mentors at iMentor. Most of them never thought they would find the time to give back, but iMentor’s unique, flexible mentoring model gave them that opportunity.

This year, we will connect 1000 young people in New York City’s underserved communities with 1000 mentors. Join us in making a HUGE difference in the lives of young people today!

What do you have to do?

 Send one weekly email on an interesting topic that iMentor provides.
 See your mentee once a month for two hours at an iMentor sponsored event

How will you have an impact?

 100% of teachers involved in iMentor report that students benefit academically from participation in the iMentor Program
 96% of 2006-07 seniors in iMentor graduated high school
 87% of 2006-07 seniors in iMentor enrolled in college
