Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center's Volunteer Greeters offer a warm greeting to patients and visitors! Greeters provide directions and answer basic questions (visiting hours, cafeteria location, etc.).

Volunteers are assigned to one or more 2 hour shifts between 8 am and 7 pm weekdays or weekends.

Fluency in Haitian Creole, Spanish or Russian is helpful but not required.

Greeters must have an outgoing personality, patience, a professional attitude and the ability to interact effectively with people who may be anxious.
