If you are enthusiastic and open-minded, and are looking for an opportunity to make a difference, then come and volunteer at the International Center for the Disabled (ICD).
ICD is a nonprofit outpatient rehabilitation center in New York City serving people of all ages with disabilities and other rehabilitative and developmental needs. Since our founding in 1917 as the first outpatient rehabilitation center in the country, ICD has pioneered new programs and services to help thousands of individuals achieve better health, greater independence, and more productive work, school, and family life.
ICD is currently looking for individuals 18 and over who would be willing to volunteer their time. Some of the responsibilities may include: faxing, filing, working on the computer, answering phones, etc.
