Volunteer Opportunity Details:

The Boomerang Theatre Company, an award-winning nonprofit theater in NYC, is seeking a volunteer accountant to assist with the company's bookkeeping and audit prep needs. We are a small organization that is preparing to move to a higher reporting level, and as such we are in need of accounting expertise.

Nonprofit accounting experience would be terrific, but not necessary. Experience in implementing Quickbooks for an organization, and the ability to advise on audit prep and reporting issues as they arise. Interest in nonprofit theater a plus.
