Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Provide information and referral to callers with a wide range of social services needs including emergency food, shelter, utilities, rent, eviction prevention, etc.

Skills Needed: Sensitivity and ability to handle calls from individuals facing difficult situations; bilingual Spanish preferred.
Orientation/Training: The program will conduct an orientation program, in addition to a one day telephone training program.
