Moscow's Bolshoi Ballet Academy is one of the oldest and most revered schools for classical ballet training in the world. It has produced numerous world-class dancers, teachers, and choreographers. Its alumni include some of the most accomplished dancers of the 20th century, including Maya Plisetskaya, Vladimir Vasiliev, Ekaterina Maximova, and some of the stars of the current generation, including Nina Ananiashvili, Vladimir Malakhov, Natalia Osipova, Alexei Ratmanski, Polina Semionova, and Nikolai Tsiskaridze and many others. RAF is proud to organize the Fourth Annual Summer program for talented youth from all over the world. The program will take place in NY and CT.
To thrive in this volunteer opportunity, it would be beneficial to:
- Have an interest/appreciation for the arts and/or dance, 2) Have an interest/appreciation of international cultures, 3) Be organized, self-motivated, 4) Enjoy working with children and youth ages 9 - 18
