Volunteer Opportunity Details: |

The volunteer will help with our program of training the staff of social service agencies in the information on government benefits that we give out to clients. The volunteer's tasks would include outreach to new agencies, planning the training, and doing the training, all with the company and training of other CtA staff and volunteers.
Trainings in the recent past have been:
food resources for low income people
housing resources for low income people
the NYC School Tax Refund
How to Choose a school for your child
The volunteers will be trained, but should be good with groups; teaching experience might help.
