I'm interested in this opportunity

Be the face of the museum. Learn about American Indian cultures. Greet NMAI-GGHC visitors, answer visitors’ questions about the museum, exhibitions, and programming, and maintain ephemera and collateral supplies. Interact with the public, orienting and providing one-on-one
information about the museum, and New York City.

A one year commitment is required. Must complete 20 hrs a month and attend mandatory quarterly meetings. For additional information about a particular volunteer activity, contact the program office listed, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. You may also wish to visit AmericanIndian.si.edu.

 The National Museum of the American Indian, George Gustav Heye Center, is located at One Bowling Green adjacent to the northeast corner of Battery Park, New York, New York.
