Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Encore is situated in the Midtown Manhattan and our homebound meals reach to a diverse elderly population who need assistance to be able to continue living in their own home with dignity and support. Their frailty, weather it is physical, mental or emotional, has prevented them from being fully able to care for themselves.
The volunteer will deliver meals to those elderly homebound seniors. The volunteers need to be willing to walk to deliver the meals and friendly and attentive to the situation of the seniors.

Volunteers must complete and interview/orientation, have a clean criminal background check, patience and a desire to help seniors.
Minimum age 18 years old.
