Patient Service Volunteers help Beth Israel Medical Center provide outstanding customer service by visiting hospital patients, identifying opportunities for service improvements and initiating changes as needed. Patient Service Volunteers are an integral part of the Beth Israel Cares Help Team, a multidisciplinary group dedicated to ensuring a caring and healing environment for our patients and their families. Training will be provided.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Spanish and Mandarin fluency is a plus, but not required. Volunteers must be able to commit to volunteering 2 or more hours per week.
