Responsibilities
•Assist with creating content for and posting web pages for program office websites using content management software (Adobe Contribute – familiarity with the program is helpful but not required)
•Assist with reading essays to determine winners of NFTE’s first-ever student and essay contests
•Manage organization’s profiles on Facebook and YouTube
•Create filing system for alumni profiles
•Work with outside consultant to locate NFTE alumni and schedule interviews
•Track media coverage for HQ and program offices
•Manage article reprint process for HQ and program offices
•Research and identify promotional items for HQ and program offices
•Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
•Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
•Detail-oriented
