Volunteer Opportunity Details: |

Each year, our organization hosts a Back to School Festival. The event will take place in front of George Gershwin Junior High School. This year, we are planning to serve not only the youth, but the senior citizens as well. We are in need of thirty to forty volunteers to help make this event a success. We are giving out school supplies to the youth and gifts and information for the seniors, free food and entertainment. This will be a community day of fun for all.

All volunteers should be able to stand for long periods of time. Registration desk volunteers should be comfortable sitting for long periods of time. Everyone should be over the age of eighteen and healthy. They should be pleasant and willing to deal with children.
