PR-G is seeking a Foot Soldiers Service Coordinator (SC) who will coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Foot Soldiers service, aid in the ongoing development of the services, coordinate the participant enrollment process and training, establish community partnerships, order supplies, coordinate billing to participating homeowners, enroll members and students, and work in tandem with the Supervisor(s).

Position Responsibilities:

Manage service operations. Coordinate the purchasing, delivery, and tracking of materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation
Ensure that the Supervisor(s) are able to conduct their work safely, and on schedule with adequate supplies and services
Facilitate flow of communication and written reporting between stewards, members, and management
Assist in the recruitment and enrollment of volunteers.
Work with members of the management team to prepare material, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
Enroll accepted students into the program, assist in the development of service and staff training.
Conduct customer enrollment, invoicing, receiving timely and late payments, and properly handling complaints.

Assume other special activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed by the Director of Programs and Chief Executive Officer.
