The JCC in Manhattan has an ever-expanding corps of volunteers dedicated to making a difference for hundreds of at-risk schoolchildren in our community. You can demonstrate your commitment to literacy and to the children of New York by becoming a literacy volunteer. New volunteers are welcome year-round. We offer an orientation/training sessions for new volunteers and monthly feedback/training sessions for ongoing volunteers.
