Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Assist in all aspects of retail procedures. This includes customer service, fulfilling internet orders, receiving/ stocking merchandise and ensuring the retail space is tidy at all times. Primary responsibilities are to Greet customers, provide an orientation to the gift store and Assist customers to locate the desired merchandise

Retail Aides must have previous Customer service experience, a positive view of law enforcement and NYPD; Comfort working with diverse audiences of all ages; the ability to learn information and apply it strategically; the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
