Volunteer Opportunity Details:

• Assist Director in preparing written materials (e.g. reports, memos, letters, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities
• Responds to inquiries of staff, other agencies, and the public for the purpose of providing information and/or direction
• Supports assigned administrative personnel for the purpose of providing assistance with their administrative functions (e.g. copy documents and files.)
• Assists other personnel for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities (e.g. operate office machines and equipment)
• Answers and respond to phone inquiries, and/or taking messages
• Assist in meeting - minute taking.
• Perform general office duties as needed.
