|
NY Section's ArtReach volunteers bring great art in slides to NYC elementary schools. They encourage their students to describe in their own way what they see and how they feel about each work of art. ArtReach volunteers have monthly meetings, training sessions and work in classrooms during the academic year.
Volunteers must appreciate art and enjoy working in a classroom setting with children. As well, volunteers must commit to a monthly meeting and attend training sessions.
