Volunteer Opportunity Details:

The Educational Alliance, a community-based organization on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, is seeking volunteers to facilitate a current events group for seniors on Tuesdays at 1 PM and a creative writing group for seniors on Tuesdays at 2 PM.

The Educational Alliance has been an anchor of the Lower East Side for 120 years, serving 30,000 people a year and offering a wide range of programs including preschool for low-income families, after school programs, an art school, Jewish cultural events, health and wellness programs, addiction services and counseling, and programs for seniors.
