Lenox Hill Neighborhood House is a leading social service organization on Manhattan's Upper East Side. We are seeking volunteers to lead exercise classes for older adults at our Senior Center. Classes focus on gentle stretching, strengthening and toning exercises. The time commitment is Sundays, 10:30-11:30. This is a great opportunity to be part of a vibrant community center while contributing to the health and wellness of older adults.
The minimum age for this volunteer opportunity is 21.
