CPR saves lives. With FDNY CPR to Go, you can get free bystander training in basic CPR at New York Sports Club facilities and select FDNY locations across the five boroughs!

As a participant, you will:
• Receive a free week-long pass to New York Sports Club
• Keep your CPR training kit, including DVD and inflatable manikin
• Pledge to give back by sharing your kit and knowledge with five more people

 Donating blood at NY Blood Center is one of the most fulfilling things I have ever done. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful and the facilities are top-notch. I am definitely going to donating blood a routine part of my life.
