The Taproot Foundation is a volunteer organization that provides local nonprofits with grants of consistent, high-quality marketing and technology services.

The software developer is responsible for the implementation of feature/functions of technology Service Grants. The software developer will work as a team to translate business requirements into technical requirements and implement specialized or highly technical components of the system design.

A successful software developer has three or more years of development experience including standard web development background:

  • DHTML, CGI, VbScript, ASP, PHP, JSP, SQL (database connectivity), and basic web server administration.
  • Familiarity with Internet protocols, procedures (FTP, Telnet, etc.), and version control software (VSS)
