Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Saturdays, 1:30pm – 3pm

Help walk and care for rescued dogs at a no-kill animal shelter, helping to keep them healthy and socialized so that they can find permanent new homes. To participate on this project (or any of New York Cares 750 other projects), volunteers must first attend a one-time, 1-hour New Volunteer Orientation. Orientations are held several times each week at locations throughout the city, including various locations in Queens.
