Our volunteer program has been an integral part of Central Park SummerStage for over a decade, with thousands of supporters devoting their time and energy to making SummerStage a world-renowned festival. Volunteers are the public face of SummerStage, performing a wide variety of tasks at all of our performances, including donation solicitation, brochure distribution, and providing information about our season. Our main requirements are enthusiasm, patience, willingness to meet new people, a positive attitude, a love of music, a desire to contribute to the cultural enrichment of New Yorkers, and a pair of comfortable shoes.

| All Central Park SummerStage events are held at Rumsey Playfield, in the heart of Central Park, directly opposite Bethesda Fountain. For easiest access to the field, please enter the park at 69th Street and Fifth Avenue, or at 72nd Street and Central Park West.
