Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Big Brothers Big Sisters is seeking volunteers to mentor youth in elementary and middle schools in three locations: Bushwick and Crown Heights, Brooklyn and Jamaica, Queens. Mentors spend one hour per week with their Little Brother or Sister at their school hanging out, playing sports, board games, working on school work, doing arts and crafts, etc.

Standard Big Brothers Big Sisters background checks. Requires a flexible daytime schedule one day a week (opportunities are offered Monday through Friday from 3pm to 4pm). Ability to be consistent and caring...and especially to have fun!
