Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Volunteers are needed to assist with the therapeutic recreation department of Cabrini Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. Volunteers will be able to engage in games with the residents which are adapted to their needs, such as bowling with a ramp. For the volunteer who enjoys music and dancing, ample opportunities will be given to assist at parties and participate in wheelchair dancing as well as singing and serving refreshments. We want our volunteers to leave our facility with a smile.

Volunteers must be at least 14 years old or accompanied by an adult. Volunteers must be physically able to push wheelchairs and engage in physical activities. On site training and orientation will be provided.
